VAT included

Prices are in EUR per night per Floating Sea house. The price includes accomodation, linen, towels, wi-fi, consumption of water and electricity, parking space and usage of all the accessories inside the Floating Sea house.

Price does not include:

- Final cleaning 50 EUR.
- Private Jacuzzi 80 EUR.
- Tourist tax: 3,13 EUR per night per adult, 1,57 EUR per night per person aged 7-18, children under 7 years are tax-free.
- Extra person: 20 EUR/night. No extra fee for children under 2 years old.

Extra services:
- washing the laundry up to 7 kg: 4 EUR
- drying the laundry up to 7 kg: 4 EUR
Check-in after 3 PM, check-out until 10 AM. (other terms need to be agreed on).
