MARINA LUX
Floating Sea houses are designed for spending a unique vacation, because they combine luxurity and spaciousness of the holiday apartments on one side, while on the other side, due to floatation and boat characteristics they give you a felling like being on a luxury yacht.
Floating Sea houses Marina Lux are located in Marina Portorož, right next to the island, tied to the pontoon, so the access is possible from land or from the sea (by boat). The parking is at the door step, while on the island there is a beach, children playground, a bar, volley ball courts, etc.
Inside the Floating Sea house, there is a spacious living room with totally equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa and a large LCD TV with numerous satellite TV programs (over 100). The kitchen also includes a dishwasher. At the back, there is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and plenty of wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and an infrared heater for colder days is next to the bedroom. Next, there is another bedroom for children with a bunkbed and a large wardrobe.
Floating Sea houses Marina Lux are made for families. Peace and tranquillity is important to our guests and neighbours. Sea houses are designed basicly for families of up to 4 members, but possible to host up to a 6-member family, due to the extending sofa in the living room which can be used for additional bed 140x200 cm.
The entrance is through the porch, where you can hide from a strong sun, or just enjoy a morning coffee. At the back side of the floating sea house there is a small patio, where you can tie a small boat or a jet ski (which can be rented in Marina with a valid boat licence). On that patio there is also a small outer shower.
The most important part of the Floating Sea house is the large 40 m2 terrace with electric remote controlled sun-shelter, large dining table for 6 persons, sun logders with cushins, and a private jacuzzi, which can be used anytime you want. There is a great view from the terrace on every side. Sunsets are enchanting, especially from the jacuzzi.
In Marina Portorož besides the new beach, bar, children's playground and volleyball courts on the island, there is also a swimming pool, two restaurants, small supermarket. In marina you can play tennis, minigolf, rent a boat or a jet ski (with a valid boat licence).
Portorož with all its glory and glamour, numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, casinos, sport activities, shops etc. is only 700 m away, picturesque medieval town of Piran 4 km. Salina Nature park is 2 km away. There is also a nice relaxing walk through Forma viva next to the camping side. On the outskirts there are unique istrian villages which will impress you with its tranquility and authenticity.
We suggest you to take bicycles and enjoy riding on numerous picturesque biking routes in vicinity. You can also take trips to Isola, Koper, Lipica, Karst, Postojna cave and Skocjan caves and many, many more. Ljubljana is 120 km away, Croatia 8 km away, Trieste 35 km, Venice 190 km.
